Our general retained HR support provides access to a dedicated HR consultant (HRC) for an agreed period per month on a rolling contract. This service is designed to work across the employee life cycle, providing solutions to all people matters that align with your business objectives.
Our HR retainer service allows you to contract with us for a set number of hours or days to be used within a month. Don't worry; we'll work closely with you to maximise the time you've purchased, ensuring you get the most out of our support. Just keep in mind that these hours or days don't roll over to the next month.
This flexible approach allows you to access our expertise whenever needed, ensuring you have the support required to address routine and complex HR issues.
Your HRC will deliver support either in-person or remotely, as agreed upon, with a response time within 24 hours. You'll be kept up to date on progress made against the HR plan, and we will hold a review every three months to capture and execute any adjustments to goals and outcomes. Fees for the retained service are paid in advance, ensuring seamless, uninterrupted support for your production.
